After finishing my degree in exercise science, I knew I wanted a fun fast-paced job. After working in that field and transitioning into working in full time church ministry for a little while, my father in law encouraged me to consider flying. With little to no knowledge of the industry, I replied “I don’t think the military is for me.” His response was, “Great! You can do ATP.”

After seeing how much time he spent with his family and loved his career, I knew going down this path would land me right where I wanted to be. From an intro flight on May 18th 2019 to my first trip as a Frontier First Officer on May 18th 2022, ATP has prepared me to thrive in a fast paced learning environment and delivered foundational knowledge and understanding I still use at the airlines. On top of that, it provided some of my most meaningful relationships to this day.

I still can’t believe I GET to do this! And I’m grateful to be surrounded and supported by all the friends I’ve made along the way.
