Guggenheim Aviation Partners has leased its third new Airbus A330-200 aircraft to US Airways Group Inc.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Guggenheim Aviation Partners is a private-equity manager that acquires aircraft for leasing to passenger airlines and cargo operators. The company previously delivered two Airbus A330-200 aircraft to US Airways in the second half of this year.

Guggenheim Aviation Partners is an affiliate of Guggenheim Partners, a financial-services firm with more than $100 billion in assets under supervision. Guggenheim Partners is based in Chicago and New York.
Tempe, Ariz.-based US Airways operates more than 3,000 flights per day to 190 destinations in the Americas and Europe. The airline has its largest hub at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport.
