Over 100 graduates of ATP's Airline Career Pilot Program have been hired by SkyWest through the Airline Pilot Bridge Program agreement they entered into with ATP. SkyWest brings new Cadets from ATP to Salt Lake City for new hire doctrination along with other new employees. Once complete, the Cadets are issued SkyWest ID cards and begin enjoying company benefits from SkyWest while they return to ATP to continue instructing and building flight experience. When the Cadets reach 1500 hours of flight time they return to SkyWest for new hire training in the CRJ or the ERJ-175.

ATP's regional partner SkyWest Inc., the owner of SkyWest Airlines and ExpressJet Airlines, has confirmed its order for seven current generation Embraer E-175s, valued at $301 million, which it will fly on behalf of Alaska Airlines.
