SkyWest Airlines Offering Tuition Reimbursement to ATP Pilots

SkyWest Airlines has joined with ATP to offer the Tuition Reimbursement Program to ATP students and Instructors. SkyWest will reimburse ATP pilots up to $11,000 for flight training costs while at ATP and assistance will continue after the pilots leave ATP to begin flying for SkyWest.
The partnership between SkyWest and ATP demonstrates a firm commitment to professional pilot development and the airline’s investment in the next generation of airline pilots. It is a boost to SkyWest’s recruiting efforts in the current pilot shortage also as airlines are competing for the services of the well-trained pilots coming from ATP’s Airline Career Pilot Program.
