PSA Airlines has sent their top recruiter, Vice President Randy Fusi, along with American Airlines Director of Mainline/Regional Recruiting Bob Skinner to visit our Flight Training Centers in Jacksonville (FL), Dallas and Phoenix this week. They will be speaking to our pilots about the seventy-seven CRJ900s and CRJ700s that they have been awarded, and are trying to recruit ATP’s top pilots. Vice President Randy Fusi told me as late as today that they are coming prepared to interview and make job offers on the spot at all three events.
PSA has been recruiting pilots using PilotPool.com, and has partnered with ATP to interview our students while they are still in the flight training pipeline. They also use PilotPool.com to track and recruit ATP’s instructors who are busy training students while they log up to 90 hours a month building time to qualify for their ATP and a great job flying for the airlines such as PSA.
Thirty brand new CRJ-900s were awarded to PSA by American Airlines in June. In mid 2015 PSA will obtain forty-seven additional CRJ-700 aircraft.
PSA is invited all interested pilots to come speak with them at ATP’s Jacksonville Flight Training Center (KCRG) on Monday, September 15th. All are welcome again when PSA visits our Flight Training Center in Dallas at our Arlington facility (KGKY) on Tuesday September 16th, and when they visit our Phoenix Flight Training Center located at Mesa-Gateway Airport (KIWA) on Wednesday September 17th. Start times for all events will be 1:00pm local time. Pilots interested in interviewing should arrive with resumes printed and prepared for an interview.
