Since 1996, ATP’s recruiting partner PlaneSense has been dedicated to the idea that fractional aircraft ownership should serve their client’s individual flying needs. They are known in the fractional ownership community for their capability, affordability, flexibility, and high-quality of service.
PlaneSense flies the largest fleet of Pilatus PC-12s in the world, ninety percent of the time under Part 91k for their fractional owners. PlaneSense also offers charter flights under Part 135 flown by their sister company, Cobalt Air LLC, using their same pilots and aircraft.
PlaneSense formally announced recently that they will become the largest initial launch customer of the Pilatus PC-24 Jet, which begins delivery in 2017, with an initial order of six jets. The Pilatus Jet has a large cargo door like PC-12, is rated for unprepared/soft field capability, has FADEC (full authority digital engine control), autothrottles, anti skid brakes and only requires a planned balanced field of under 3,000 feet for take-off. This will allow the PC-24 to fly in and out of fields too short for all but a few modern business jets.
PlaneSense chose ATP as their recruiting partner because, in the words of their Vice president of Operations Ray Torres, “when seeking new pilots to fly for PlaneSense our goals remain constant and align with those of ATP. We seek humble, professional pilots seeking a career with PlaneSense as a professional pilot.”
PlaneSense will be coming to ATP’s Daytona Beach Flight Training Center on October 1st to speak to pilots interested in flying for PlaneSense. PlaneSense recruits their pilots using PilotPool.com, ATP’s recruiting tool, which is open to all pilots at no cost.
