Pinnacle Airlines Corp. saw a surge in earnings for the third quarter. The company reported consolidated operating income of $23.8 million in the third quarter, up 12.8% compared to $21.1 million in third quarter of 2008.
Pinnacle also reported net income of $11.3 million for the third quarter, compared to $6.2 million in the same year-ago quarter, an increase of over 82 percent.
