Hi Jim,
I spoke with you when you where in Phoenix last week. I am leaving my job as an instructor this coming Friday the 11th to pursue a job flying Lear Jets in Texas for a charter company. I had spoken with Dave Tatone as soon as I was offered the job last week and have been coordinating with him to ensure my duties are covered.
I would like to thank you and the entire ATP organization for a great experience as a student as well as an instructor. I started the Private Program on September 5th of last year and for the next 5 months received excellent instruction and great customer service. The staff here in Phoenix, especially the Chief Pilot Dave Tatone and instructors Brian Newton and Branden Parker, are a credit to ATP due to their professionalism and devotion to their students.
I was fortunate enough to be asked to come back and instruct after completion of the ACPP, and always remember my time working for ATP. In my 4 months as an instructor in Phoenix I was able to help over 40 students through check rides and earn their pilot certificates. During my time here at ATP I have had great luck with an 83% pass rate, earn my CFI Gold Seal and have 32 students pass their check rides in a row. It is due to the quality instruction I received as a student and the ATP program that I was able to help that many students earn their wings in such a short time.
It is thanks to ATP and the program that I am now able to move on to a Part 135 Lear Jet operator and reach my goal of flying a turbine aircraft, all within 10 months of staring my training.
I cannot thank you and the entire ATP organization for helping me realize my dream and providing me with a top notch education. If there is any way I can help promote or assist ATP in the future please let me know.
