I had a great experience at ATP. I really appreciated that my instructor [David Maciag, ATP Flight Instructor] was just as invested in my success in the program as I am. He was very knowledgable and always available to help me in whatever capacity he could, whether it was getting up in the air two hours before my checkride to polish maneuvers even more or actually taking me to see a plane in maintenance and point out parts in the engine so that I could better understand how everything is connected and works. With his guidance, I went into all my checkrides confidently and I would recommend him to any incoming student to have as a flight instructor.
