Dear Mr. Koziarski,
First, I want to thank you and the rest of the administration for the generous Holiday bonus. The recent growth and investment in the instructing staff is extremely appreciated. It has been a true pleasure working with ATP Flight School. The Denver location was a wonderful place for me to grow as a pilot and enhance my teaching and leadership skills as Lead Instructor.
I am now within range of the time required to move on to my dream of becoming an airline pilot, and would like for this letter to serve as my two weeks notice. The support and encouragement that the ATP family has given me has been unparalleled to any work environment I have experienced. All of the instructors and current students has a choice in their flight training. Most of us weighed the finances, the quality of training, the amount of flight time, etc. Each time I evaluated my options, I always came back to ATP and I am confident in having made that decision.
In the 18 months that I have been at ATP-DEN as a student and instructor, I have never had an issue with maintenance, flight operations, or scheduling. This is because ATP Flight School has had very high standards in making sure our planes, students and operations move in the right direction. I am proud to have, not only learned from the industrys best, but to have worked for them as well. I am honored to carry the ATP name and excited about where my future is directed as a result. Thank you for your countless hours of work and dedication to the company. Fly Safe.
Sincerely, James Militello
